the intersection of wanting/needing to eat more but then not being able to actually afford food complicated by high cost of allergy safe items is treacherous. I definitely do find that ordering online helps a lot with all the things you mentioned. I was recently approved for ebt only to find I cannot use it to order groceries at the places near to me. I am not usually physically able to shop in store.
