Of course! And NACA does not have an income limit (unlike a lot of other housing/mortgage programs), as I am a high income earner ($100K+), but I have a lot of student loan debt and care for disabled family members. I was still able to go through NACA. It's not limited for low-income people alone, but open to various first-time home owners who are willing to put in the work :) Good luck to any future first time home owners!! You can do it with NACA or another program :)
